What is PEHA?

Prestonwood East Homeowners Association (PEHA) is an incorporated association of homeowners/residents living in an area bounded by Carta Valley/Bluefield on the north, Hillcrest on the west, La Bolsa on the south and Meandering Way on the east.

Ours is a voluntary Association and consists of the General Membership, the Executive Board and various committees.

The general membership is any homeowner or resident in the area who voluntarily pays annual dues for each operating year. Each member of the Association is eligible to serve as an officer or on any committee of the association, to vote on matters as provided for in the By Laws, and to attend any business or social functions of the association.

The Executive Board and Committee Chairpersons meet once a month to conduct business.  The Association's General Membership meets annually during the month of October to review current year’s business, vote on new Executive Board members and look ahead at future business.

What does PEHA do?

The purposes of the Association are to assure the beauty, safety, and stability of the area and the surrounding community, and to promote neighborliness and pride among our residents. We depend on the dues paid by our members and invite ALL residents to join.

We use Association dues to fund activities and programs that make this a special community.

¨ Beautify the neighborhood perimeter areas by contracting for landscaping improvement and maintenance services . Recognize Yard of the Month.

¨ Organize Social Activities such as Spring Fling, Egg Hunt, Fourth of July Parade, Neighborhood Night Out.

¨ Help residents avoid Zoning citations by publishing monthly Brush/Bulk Trash Date reminders.

¨ Make our neighborhood safer by communicating best practices to improve home and personal safety and security and by promoting  a Volunteer-In-Patrol program.
